"Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."
Most communities try to scale before they have architecture. They go to war (pursue growth) before they've won (built the field that makes growth inevitable).
Lovebombing builds the field first. Creates the conditions for scenius. Establishes the frequency. Encodes the frameworks.
Only then does anything else happen.
The ones who perform before they have substance lose.
The ones who build architecture before they pursue scale win without fighting.
